Refunds
Due to the nature of our services being either an in-person service or a digital service/product, we do have a strict no-refund policy as once you've purchased an in-person service or a digital service/product, there is no way for us to get our time, energy and resources back but we are positive that this will not be an issue. This policy applies universally to all services provided by BANKROLL ENTERPRISES LTD, inclusive of, but not limited to, in-person services, digital services, products, and monthly subscription services. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
